PIOPAC presently provides Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Limited FSA, Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) and Transportation Benefits administration services. PIOPAC administers all Plans in compliance with Internal Revenue Code Section 125 and 132 including Compliance testing, Nondiscrimination testing, and assistance with 5500 reporting and HIPAA support.

Single Point Billing (SPB) allows employers to transfer funds for a variety of services (i.e.: insurance premiums) to PIOPAC for disbursement to the various vendors, relieving the employer of the administrative burden of reconciling these accounts.
